Chad came out and gave me an estimate to patch 2 holes in my hardwood floor where heat registers used to be. He was right on time and the detailed estimate he gave me was a fair price. He described exactly how he would perform the work so that the patched area would blend in with the existing floor. I agreed to have the work done, and it was scheduled for the following week. When time came for the repair, Chad was right on time again, and completed the work as promised, on time and for the same amount that the original quote indicated. He even ran into an unforeseen problem with the sub floor, which he fixed for free. The repair looks very nice and I am a happy customer.
My experience with Classic Wood Flooring was nothing but positive. Chad is a professional businessperson and craftsman, and I will definitely be using his company for any flooring needs in the future. His prices are reasonable and the quality of the work is great. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get this repair done for under $400, as I thought I would be paying much more. Plus, my dogs liked him and that to me is always a test of someone's true character!

A lengthy portion of glued edge wood flooring needed to be removed, concrete floor underneath leveled out and wood floor portion reinstalled. Baseboards installed.
Chad did a beautiful job!! I am very pleased with the results. This was an extremely challenging job to remove a lengthy section of glued edge wood flooring, level the floor, and replace with the same section. I wasn't sure anyone was going to be able to do what needed to be done. The job took 2. 5 days to complete. Chad showed up when he said he would. He and crew really made an effort to seal the room to prevent concrete dust from migrating to other rooms of the house. They were very good at trying to keep area clean as they worked and cleaning up when they finished at the end of the day. Chad and crew were professional, great to work with, and did a great job! I would definitely hire them again and would and will recommend them to my friends! Excellent job, Classic Wood Floor Designs, Inc.!!
